Here’s part 2 my work as a tunbridge wells wedding photographer for the wedding of Joanna and Charles at my favourite Kent wedding venue – Hotel Du Vin, Tunbridge Wells.
Joanna and Charles were married on a very snowy day back in January. Originally, the couple had planned to leave the hotel after the meal and make the short walk home – I was looking forward to capturing a bride walking through the centre of Tunbridge Wells, but the weather put paid to those plans, so I was quite relieved to wheel spin my way slowly home after the wedding!
The happy couple were married in the Speyside Glenlivet room and then had drinks and canapes in the Tea Lounge whilst the room was turned round (in the usual highly efficient and professional manner one would expect from HDV!). Joanna and Charles then made their entrance to the room to join their guests and enjoy their wedding breakfast. After a few short speeches, the bride and groom circulated to have a relaxed chat with their guests in the candelight and then slowly said their goodbyes as the guests left (to brave the road conditions on the trip home!), which gave a great feeling to the end of their wedding day.
Here are some of my favourite images from the second part of the day – hope you enjoy!
