Here’s the final part of Mel and John’s wedding – their reception at the Goodwood Hotel in Chichester.
Mel and John made their way from the service at St Joseph’s church in Havant to the lovely Goodwood Hotel – the weather thankfully took a slight turn for the better but the canopy at reception certainly helped for the group shots! After photographing the groups and candids, I took Mel and John on a little tour around the hotel to find some photogenic indoor spots for photos, before it was time for the receiving line.
During one of the breaks in the wedding breakfast, we quickly grabbed some more moody portraits lit by my trusty videolight, then it was time for the speeches – great fun, including some comedy gifts for Irish-born John!
Then we were quickly onto the cake cutting and first dance, after which the party got into full swing!
